Hi! I've updated the unit but now my radio doesn't have sound :( Every other app is working, including spotify or system apps sounds. Does anyone knows if the radio apk is region free or how can I fix this?

You have to deactivate the awesome player in the developers settings, I don't know why the experimental player is the default one...

Hangouts videocall will crash because a library is missing (I had the same problem before with the leaked hangouts app in 4.3). Just copy this file https://www.dropbox.com/s/01qislq1swg7mjg/libvideochat_jni.so in /system/lib and set permissions to 0644 (-rw-r-r--), it should work after that.
