Turns out I was using the incremental zip instead of the full rom zip... So just flashed in twrp then flashed twrp and magisk. No need for those 10 steps in the post before mine

If coming from another kernel other than kiri, is it okay to leave the anxious magisk modules enabled and flash kiri without the kiri companion module?

Figured it out, its actually not in the google settings but in nova!

Mines already set to dark but the Google now cards aren't dark? When using the Google app it's dark mode but the home screen Google cards seem to remain white? Thanks
