Afaik, you can install the OnePlus launcher but only old(er) versions of it. I highly recommend getting used to the pixel launcher with it's built in search, AI functionality, Google news and the at a glace widget.

Yes OOS is OxygenOS. Now you need to wipe the device / the internal storage in order to get it running.

Seems like you didn't remove your screen lock on OOS before flashing the ROM. You could try to wipe everything (including the internal storage) and reinstall the ROM in order to fix this.

The problem and solution is exactly the same for both 11 and 12. Update/Downgrade your play services, reset your play services, run that command, do not restore any backups of system parts and system apps.

I can't see your battery stats from here, but if the play services are still draining, consider to root and to run the command from the changelog.
