You need to be on oxygen os 10.3.2 first to work well with latest havoc os for oneplus 7 pro. I guess developers need to update havoc to work well with oxygen os 10.3.3. My oneplus 7 pro works fine on 10.3.2+havoc.

Remove both data/India/india.img and overlay mount fix module. It works for me.
