Your phone is connected to the router using 802.11N. I reported this problem before along with the fix.

My first finding was that the NTP_SERVER in LOS is set to time.izatcloud.net, which is down. But even changing whole gps.conf did not help. GPS module, firmware, driver (whatever it is) in LOS just can't handle weak GPS signals as good as MIUI does. Let me know when you find the cause.

I don't have such a problem in MIUI. Most of the time you won't see any difference while driving where you get usually strong GPS signal.

GPS works fine only if you have a strong signal. If you have weak signal, it struggles where MIUI EU rom has no problem.
