You could try to get to bootloader with command on a pc. Connect it with usb, go to cmd, type adb reboot bootloader and press enter. You must have phone and adb drivers installed. Don't know will it work since it's on bootloop.

Was your battery in fair charge when you did the flash? If not, connect it to charger and wait about 15 mins, than try Vol Down and Power to boot to fastboot. If the phone is on with bootloop, try holding both volume buttons and power for about 10-15 sec until it turns off.

Umm, just bootloader working. Since I did relock I can't go to twrp (selecting recovery, doesn't open it, but flashes the screen and shows fastboot again) and no system ofc, that's it, just need stock rom or whatever I can install right now just to use it (until stock solution).

Okay, had this problem too and I've solved it using other version of juopunutbear. What is your hboot version? If it's 1.53.007 then you may solve this with Jbear that I got, just pm me. Also you need to be on a stock ICS rom that you can install from the pc with ruu.exe file using usb.

Rumrunner didn't worked for me too, but I've managed to succeed with juopunutBear wire trick and did the s-off. What problems are you facing with wire trick exactly? Maybe I could help you since I did so much things for so long to downgrade hboot to 1.47 and s-off.

No, actually "fastboot flash boot boot.img" to the system. Just extract boot.img form rom.zip and put it to your ADB tools folder a hit "fastboot flash boot boot.img" command, try it. Does bootloader shows your radio version? Check that.
