    Try formating you flash drive to fat32 file system.

    x98 AIR II does not have 3G or GPS. x987 AIR 3G has both. GPS works on windows, you don't need to install any drivers for that.

    I'm guessing you didn't power cycle your tablet during the iSoCUSB driver installation or tried to install it with out elevated privileges. I could be wrong, but i had the exact same error and "fixed" it by diligently following the pop-up notifications during the iSoCUSb driver installation.

    You didn't follow the instructions when you installed iSoCUSB driver. Uninstall drivers, tool and try again. P.S. Why aren't we using code tags anymore?

    I double checked all the steps in the tutorial to make sure everything is right. Except the vid, pid values, since i can't access droidboot there's no way for me to be sure they're correct.     If your phone is sim-locked, then you can't unlock your bootloader with s1tool. Maybe that is why you can't enter the fastboot mode.
