Before flashing magisk, go to TWRP > mount and unmount system, now flash magisk. That's it..

Oh shoot! Your device isn't bootloader unlocked?? Then you're outta luck. You going to lose your data and stuffs, cause hard reset might get it fixed. In order to perform hard reset - Volume up + power button simultaneously for 10 secs, next it'll boot stock recovery, where choose wipe data...

Once you're in fastboot then try to install twrp recovery. Once you successfully install twrp, then boot into TWRP (either using volume up + power button combo, or fastboot command without quotes " fastboot boot recoveryname.img ") Once you're in twrp, wipe everything except internal storage...

Just an FYI, remove IMEI shown screenshot from attachment :D

Try binding your mi account. Settings > dev options > mi unlock status > bind mi account * Before binding, connect to any Chinese VPNs and bind, that's gonna help.
