Yap, try HiSuite. If that does not work, you can either pay for a software update in an official Huawei service center or you can download the latest update with Firmware Finder.

Yep. It fits into the CLT-L09 perfectly. Been using it since February with no problems.

I'm done with Huawei. My next phone will be an OnePlus, Samsung or Xiaomi. Huawei as a company became trash af. I was in love with the brand since I got a Mate 10 lite - but what they're doing is nonsense bullshit. Great hardware, nice UI, but the attitude towards updates is seriously bad...

I have nearly the same problem. I tried literally everything I can - without unlocking the bootloader, cause I can't get a code, also I don't want to pay for some doubtful source - without result. I solved the problem: bought a broken phone, and got the mainboard into my perfect one.

Well, then Huawei is not your best choice. :( Huawei closed its bootloader code program around 2019 april with some stupid "facts".

But 10.1 is just a bit of optimization for 10, or am I wrong? It should get 10.1, like every other phone. I will not buy Huawei again, for sure. The phone's great, I really like the software, but updates are trash. Also, no bootloader unlock code.

Try a factory reset. Or run Malwarebytes, I have great experiences with that. I am sure this thing is caused by an adware app.

Do you have a computer? If yes, just make a backup with hisuite from the p9 (or p10), and restore it to the P20 Pro.

Nope, I have the phone since Nov 2019 from a second-hand seller. Huawei Services only replaces the motherboard for around 90.000 HUF ( around 273 €) what is simply don't worth it.

Hi, I have just upgraded my P20 Pro to EMUI 9.1 via HiSuite. Then i saw this button: Switch to other Versions. There is a Developer and the usual Official update. What is the difference between the two? (CLT-L09 9.1.0.364 (Developer) versus CLT-L09 9.1.0.364 (Official))

I have a Huawei P20 Pro, CLT-L09, C432. I haven't received the Android 9 update, I am stuck on 8.1. I found a stock rom, just not Android 8.1 but 9. I don't want to unlock my bootloader. Can I still flash this ROM somehow?
