Did you try it. I've read many comments about broken FP sensor after upgrade with unlocked bootloader.

I think that the best things to do are these 2 (one alternative to the other): 1. Wait for the OTA update. With this, even with BL unlocked, FP I think it should work. 2. Unlock BL while still on PIE and, after having locked BL, download and install RUI.

Yes. In fact if you don't flash it during update as said in OP, recovery goes back to stock.

I cleaned the official yellow cover. It was said the dirt would stay, but after a simple clean with spooge and soap it went back ALMOST as beginning. The back is totally clean, but the edges lost a bit of their brightness, but with the device inside it's blue compensates the color.

I think it's a way system uses to remove root. Usually I download the new firmware (that is the one installed). When it asks me to install I have to choose between remove root and keep root. I obviously choose keep root and the procedure stops, but it doesn't ask update again
