I have flashed recovery build from latest sources and it does support android 10, but not 11 for now. Decryption is still not working on OOS 11.

Great news is that new recovery fully support Android 10 but decryption seems to still not work and its broken on hydrogenos 11. Probably things won't be any different on oxygenos 11 when compared to hydrogenos

Reflash stock firmware with odin

Try flashing it with ADB sideload on LineageOS recovery instead of TWRP: lineage-17.1-20201107-recovery-gts4lv.img (https://download.lineageos.org/gts4lv)

In my country (Poland) local provider doesnt allow to unlock the phone bootloader even after sim unlocking (also the charges are high) :p

Yes, i have simillar drain like you on both devices running OOS, and simillar or same on both devices running custom roms.

So OOS have this problem too

I change my phone every few months and like i said battery drain is same or simillar on 7T and 7T Pro. I checked it on Omnirom, Lineage and Carbon

I switched from 7T to 7T pro. Standby drain is so bad on both devices

It has nothing to do with partition scheme. It was all about fixing decryption issues on OnePlus 7T&Pro which we hope be fixed on upcoming android 11
