Can't boot into recovery.. Battery won't charge.. Either it's the battery or death syndrome. It won't boot. Black screen.

Can anyone please upload latest modem for samsung galaxy s3 i9300 .... I upgraded from neatrom.... I can't connect to any wifi. I clean installed this rom.. Need just newer modem. I can see all WiFi spots but when I try connecting nothing happens. Or is it a kernel issue??
