then i dont know...you also should've mentioned you were using textra and swiftkey which are both not stock apps. Try switching to the default keyboard and pressing the + symbol just to see if it works.

everything in the app is working great besides the pulse time...it seems to just be sporadic no matter what i sent the intervals to. For example if i set it to 6 secs - it will pulse sometimes every sec or 2 then a long pause of like 10 secs here and there then start flashing again every second...

genius... "1 new notification" thing when i turn my screen off is gone now..but it also no longer says that when i get a new notification. it only shows the icon now which is a bit small :(

not sure if you understood my last point. The notification shows properly and hidden. It displays the app icon and under it "1 new notification." That part is great. I've realized that lowering the duration between pulses is a must for this to be useful. The point of it is so we don't have to check our phones to know if we have a notification. With 8 secs between pulses, it means I would have to stare at my phone for anywhere between 1-7 secs in case I just...

not sure if you have a defective unit or how hard you pushed but i remember when i first received the phone i thought the same thing. I ended up watching a youtube video and saw that you really had to push to get it to snap in place. I tried pushing it little bit harder and it did snap into place.

Yep...i have the spigen tough armor case and have no issues with the placement of the fingerprint scanner. I also LOVE the fact that it can go from sleeping to unlocked with the scanner without having to press the power button

Well..if they make good on their promise of the 20th, thats fine with me. A notification would be nice to lower my anxiety but there is no rule that says they have to update us. They just need to make good on their April 20th date and i'm a happy customer
