Post Can I get some of the benefits of rooting without rooting?

I used to root my phone the moment I got it. The S7 is the first one I didn't root, because you really can get (almost) all the nice things without actually rooting the device. :) The important ones for me are: Good Lock - changes the apparence more to the stock android look. But that might not...

Thank you for bringing this rom to our device! I'm using it for 3 days now and had no problems (well, one random reboot, but I blame it on xposed :) ) So far battery life seems to be very good. I encourage everyone to give this rom a go. =) Thanks FabioSan!

I switched from this rom to Antares 12.1 Rom yesterday, but when I was on 5.0.2 Xposed worked as expected for me. I know that you are an experienced user, but did you try to redownload xposed-arm-20150308.zip ? Maybe something went wrong when downloading/flashing. I can confirm that xposed...

You're welcome. :) If you want to try something new, alucard kernel is compatible with latest Mahdi rom and works really well. KT kernel is not compatible right now, because KT hasn't had the time to update kernel sources. Or you could try googy max kernel, but sadly he has given up the...

As far as I know, mahdi doesn't maintain the experimental kernel anymore. Even if you would find a link to it, it wouldn't be compatible with newest Mahdi rom. Hey there, and sad to see you go! Battery life has been great for me. I usually use this rom in combination with alucards kernel. For me, it's a perfect match. :) Hi and welcome to the Mahdi club! :highfive: Of course, no problem! In fact, you even need black gapps if you want to use the "dark ui" setting in all its glory. :D

Mahdi has integrated the new kernel structure, so not all kernels will work. KT Kernel will not work with this version, but Alucard works just great with it. :) Just flash the new AOSP version (1.3d) and you are good. Or stay with the stock kernel, which is also very good. :)
