no , its for both , its just this is a Carrier exclusive variant so the amount of people with it is far less then a global model. heres a little secret, a lot of the oneplus 7tpro stuff (like modded kernels etc) can be flashed onto our variant.

if you didnt backup your persist.img LIKE THE DIRECTIONS CLEARLY SAY TO you will have to do the calibration hack . check the oneplus8 forums. its the same procedure for our device. and next time read the directions..

It was cuz i was on a newer fw version for R4 (feb4) i downgraded to the Dec one and i now i have my bootloader unlocked (shows in dev settings, get notification at boot, and says oem lock off in download mode) but i keep getting a error about "only being able to flash official firmware versions...
