Coming from 5.1 I flashed updated bootloader and vendor.img from factory images, rebooted to recovery and installed ROM + Banks Dynamic Gapps. Up and running restoring apps via TiBu now. So far so good. :D

Followed these exact steps, google play services still force closes.

That boot animation though, soon as I saw that new this was gonna be a stellar ROM. Seeing as rascarlo dropped support for this phone it was only logical to come to this ROM. I had been wondering where the updates were and never realized the thread had been locked. Anyways great ROM! Thanks.

Got my second replacement from amazon today. It still has small leaks here and there but not nearly as bad current model. Which oddly enough the two are both the same model, HT4AH. (Left new, right old)

You do, but there are scripts that keep gapps installed when updating. Those aren't present in rastapop.. Because rascarlo likes the old way [emoji4] rascarlo screenshot root ftw, now if only they could get something like TiBu in android.

Well something changed, maybe not wifi.. but I've been getting much better results for whatever reason it may be.

I've experienced the exact same results. I flashed the new build yesterday and today in at 2 hrs screen time with 50% left. When before I was lucky to break 2 hours screen time with the entire battery. Something had to of been done to WiFi... I'm on the same network I've been on.

Vendor files look new.. there was an image in there for it. Don't know how to flash that though. Flashed the new bootloader included and flashed the system.img and reflashed SuperSU just in case. Up and running just fine. :good:

Yeah and eventually those digits would be burnt into the display. And yes and no, the green hue happened regardless of gamma. Even custom tuned gamma it was still present... But not as bad. Either way I had a bad experience with em, I'll never go back to one. Especially one that is already...

Consider yourself one of the lucky few then it was a widespread issue. I miss the dark Black's too, but I'll take accuracy over saturation and any other anomalies that tend to creep up with amoleds.

Finally got around to unlocking my bootloader and rooting and what not. Nice to see my favorite kernel was waiting for me, just flashed up and running just fine so far. Hope this turns up some much better battery results than stock. :)

Random question, are the new lollipop sounds present? Last AOSP ROM I tried had the old kitkat sounds included... doesn't mean much but i like the new sounds :D.

A new ROM and clean flash later I'm on R68. Dunno what happened but I downloaded the update in FKU, rebooted to recovery and flashed wiping caches and got stuck in a bootloop. Pushed a new ROM and redownloaded R68 on PC and got it working with a clean flash.

Clean flashed the ROM, radio, Franco kernel, and SuperSU. Up and running just fine. No issues to speak of on my end. The flash process took a fairly long time and boot up the first time was around 4-5mins before it reached the setup wizard. Just a heads up, it takes a while the first time...

Is there a way to turn off pie after enabling it? It comes back whenever I go in immersive mode from apps instead of turning it on and it annoys me.

Heh, nope... app force closed on me as soon as I opened it. Dunno what it was about... read it was due to MS Exchange services.. .but I don't have that so assumed it was the ROM. Soon as I switched ROM's it went back to being normal.
