i alwys get low speed from goo.im its betta to try downloading from altenate links

full wipe is always recommended .. but u can also flash 4.0.2 without wipe .. make sure u make a nandroid backup before doing it ...

plug in the charger and keep it for sme time if u feel that the area near the camera is gettin hot then u have a dead motherboard if u have it in warranty then get it to the service center they wud replace the motherboard
