Definitely Sense! I converted to GPE a few days ago to try it out and was very disappointed. The fact that you can't even edit the shortcuts in the drop down menu is madness... Seems like they went backwards from Kit Kat in some ways. Sense is pretty awesome, not very intrusive and ugly like...

That's completely incorrect. With S-OFF you can flash any firmware. With S-ON you'll need a signed firmware for your specific CID.

Yup, I've set "Home" and "Work" which it got from my Google locations. Confirmed that all looked right, and even added a new location based on current. Still doesn't seem to be doing anything... :( I don't really use it, but something not working absolutely kills my OCD. :p

Dirty flashed 32.3 over patched 32.1, no issues, working great. Am I missing something with this trusted locations thing? I can successfully enable it and set the trusted locations, but if I then lock and unlock my phone it still asks for a code/pattern etc... :confused:

I don't have /system/priv-app/com.google.android.gms-1.apk yet my Gmail and all is working fine... :confused:

Hmmm all working perfectly for me so think I'll stay on 32.1 with patch. :P

Sorry if this was brought up, I honestly haven't read from earlier. Facebook is now extremely slow, like clicking a Like completely freezes the app for a few seconds. Have tried uninstalls etc. Any ideas? Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk

I loaded mine with TWRP 2.8.1.0 and all worked perfectly, so those having issues, I doubt it's your version of TWRP.

So far so good, running perfectly, very smooth, loving the new notifications and shortcuts bar!

Agreed. The M8 is so snappy anyway I don't see any need to overclock... HTC sure has done a great job with that, because it's much quicker with every day things than the likes of Sony or LG.

I had the exact same thing. I flashed 3.28.401.9 countless amounts of times and from different download locations but WiFi just wouldn't work, and I confirmed with getvar all that it was on the correct versions. Flashed 3.28.401.6 then all worked correctly. Now have flashed 3.28.401.9 over it...

Hi guys, new to the HTC One M8 so have a quick question, as rom and firmware flashing seems a bit different to my previous phone, Galaxy S4. I have a HTC__044 version, so the latest firmware for me is 2.22.x, meaning I can only run ARHD 11.2 otherwise my WiFi doesn't work on version 21. Now...

Now that I'm back on a TW ROM first thing I looked into was getting Domination back on my phone. Running Omega v22 (NE7) with no xposed modules active and no mods, pure Omega flash. As soon as the phone first boots after flashing Domination v2.3 I get constant systemui FC's. Any ideas? I saw...

The only solution is changing the modem. The modem listed in my sig works perfectly.

Yeah I also noticed the wakelock after using Google Maps to go to a location a few days ago. Phone got very hot and battery started dropping like crazy. I tried now and it seems resolved. Maybe check on the latest nightly? I use Google Maps a lot for directions, so if it isn't resolved I...

I'm using my old MJ8 modem since earlier today with great results, no issues...

I really quite like this ROM, tried it last night, but had to revert because I get constant systemui force closes, mostly when opening Phone. Tried multiple full wipe and reinstalls...

Damn the battery life on the latest nightly is great, 16 hours of heavy usage and still 25%, loving it!

This is mine after a full days use, still plenty left...

I have no bad battery in CM, in fact much better than TW when in standby. I lose maybe 5% overnight...

Solved the problem 100% for me. Using the modem in my sig and call quality is perfect.

I don't have that problem at all, just tried and my wifi still connects fine. Unless I'm misunderstanding the problem... Also never had issues with the wifi animation...

Yup, that's pretty bad, I always get around 24 hours with quite heavy usage. Currently sitting on 36% remaining after 16+ hours on the latest nightly, happy with that...

Seems good to me. Just took a test pic and it was 3,56MB.

The Chinese modem is working perfectly for me in SA, haven't had one issue.

What features? If you mean any of the S4 sensor features then I disagree as I've always had all of them disabled anyway.

My battery usage is excellent, lasts much longer than the TV ROM's I was using before.
