Rom is not booting up. Flashed Xiaomi.eu MIUI11 then Wiped and flashed this rom. but not booting up.

No No, i am not using any custom kernel. it is RR stock.. i also have problem with download.. i cant download big files, sometimes it stucks and stopsand fails. playstore, uc browser everything has the same problem..

Rom is good.. Found no errors! But I think it has a problem with network connection. Today i flashed the rom. I have noticed that while downloading (playstore/google drive/uc browser etc) it fails after 10/15min. I couldn't download big games from playstore, it stuck at a time and show error...
