7. Reboot your phone.

--------------------------------------
Note: I have made a .jpg editon of both v1.0 and v1.1, did this because the
original boot animation is based on .png files and there for larger
file size and better quality, but it might slowdown some phones. (JPG editions are about half the file
size)

Bootanimation sucked, all it does is say android, is that what u wanted the bootanimation to do?

Sent from my Hyperdroid HD2 using XDA App

You did something wrong.... There is no need for boot utility just place the file under system / data/ local make sure you change the file name so that it just says "bootanimation.zip" be sure to rename your old animation - just add a 1 to the final name or something like that.

I installed it with bootanimation utility I know how to install bootanimations, my phone don't naturally says android in blue for a boot animation, so that has to be the bootanimtion, my bootabimation before the custom bootanimation I put in; is an android robot flying away, before my mario bootanimation comes in.

So this bootanimation really sucks then

This animation doesn't suck at all.. It rocks.. I followed the instructions above and it works perfectly.

If it just says android then you don't have ANY boot animation installed. What you see is the old-style boot screen. Guess you suck at installing boot animations.

What kind of a preview is that? Or is it even animated? :p
