Ive been on Stock Hboot ever since now I want to give this CM7 Hboot a try. Need a little advice....how do I MD5 check before flashing? How do I flash IMG file? Is it the same way as installing ZIP file thru Recovery?

Is this the only file I need for me to have CM7 Hboot?

I use android flasher. Get it from here and install on computer: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=794638

To check MD5, download fastMD5 and install on computer from here: http://www.fastsum.com/

Download img from Alpharev: http://alpharev.nl/

After checking MD sum, connect phone to computer. Use android flasher to select img and flash. After that, check hboot. It will say cm7r2.

That's it...assuming you are s -off.

I tried cooking an icon set and a smooth circle battery for v7 but while the icons flash ok I can not get the circle battery to work.

Can anyone share there working circle Batt UOT with me?

Just updated my HTC Desire (2.3.3 stock + revolutionar.io) to the latest CoolSensation and now my phone has bootloop: comes "HTC. quietly brilliant", waiting for couple of seconds, black screen and again "HTC. quietly brilliant" and again and again...

Help! What did I do wrong?

On V7 now and spent most of last night getting it just right but if I do decided to take the plunge and update is a full wipe needed or just wipe cache and dalvik. The rosie restarts in V9 made this impossible for me to use so is it still present in this version?
