So I found the rom on a diffrent site (asian site) and they have XM-8 vr1.3 (not the striped vr)ima post the link since the OP doesn't seen to be doing nothing or vanishid..

If someone has somewhere I can upload it I have the stripped version on my SD card. I don't think sending it through email has been working for me, as something is messed up with my GMail lately.

its just u cant send no more then 25mb threw email .. try to up loaded it to a free shear site ..

It sure sucks that this phone is done as far as development. I've always liked the phone but there ain't anybody working on it any more. Time to move on I guess, even though I'm stuck with it for a while longer.
