No, each version since Sense 3.0 has a static wallpaper. This was necessary due to the continuous home screen scroll and 3d carousel that they implemented.

Don't worry about it man the wallpapers still work nicely, plus sense 4.0 is going back to the sliding wallpaper so these will work perfectly again when we get that ported
You're only going to get the whole picture on the homescreen if you have a home launcher that scrolls the wallpaper as you scroll. The Sense launcher centers whatever image you have in the center and the wallpaper as you scroll remains static. If you use another launcher like Apex, Nova or even GoLauncher you can choose to have the wallpaper scroll as you scroll through yoru homescreens, thus revealing the rest of the wallpaper.
I think the new version of Sense, will go back to the scrolling wallpaper. At least I hope it does.

The sense 4 roms on the rezound do feature scrolling wallpaper and the sizing is perfect. Also the sizing is perfect for those who use a landscape homescreen.

47I know they are hard to come by, even on Zedge and other wallpaper apps and sites. I have put together a collection of a couple hundred with more coming all the time. These really show of the 720p screen.

I'd much rather browse simple forum threads with only the best wallpapers, than have to sift through 50,000 wallpapers on a tiny screen. Just saying.
