Never, only restore via Google Play (former is market).
Don't have option to restore apps when installing as other roms ...
note: using 4.0.4

Coming from a different rom you can't always batch restore apps and data. If not restore each app only one at a time, then restore data after.

These seem like kernel related issues. I'd recommend using another kernel (I use Franco's milestone 2 like a lot of people, but there are many to choose from such as Leankernel, Trinity etc)
Try deleting everything in the etc/init.d folder with root explorer. I had same problem with a different kernel and thst wad recommended for me and ut worked. Good luck!

Been using a version of this ROM I downloaded in January. A couple of niggles made me decide to go back to standard. I realised standard was far slower and just all round worse than the foxhound ROM, so I downloaded the latest version as of today (0.2, I had 1.1 before, so I don't understand the version numbering!), and it's come a long way since I last used it.
FINALLY, a launcher that disables that horrible slow jerky unpolished animation from the drawer to the homescreen. Back in love with my GNex!

This rom can change the color of back,home,recent app buttons? I can't find the way to do it
In rom control there is an entire page of mods for the navigation bar.

No such issue here: using HTC's Pixie Dust as Notification, the intro of Dr Dre's Deeez Nutz as Ringtone and For a fistful of dollars' Carillon as Alarm. All are mp3s.
Maybe your mp3s are DRM protected?

1) Copy the ZIP file (not unzip) the Foxhound in the phone memory
3) Disconnect the USB stick and restart the phone in recovery mode
4) Select the "Wipe Data" then "wipe cache partition" just did a wipe select the "advanced" and "Wipe Dalvik Cache"
5) Now select "Install from sdcard zip" and install the ROM
7) After installation select "reboot system now"
