Battery percentage! Help please

I'm experiencing a weird error... the battery percentage has been shown wrong.. I'm using chobits 1.8+ merruk pre 2.0...the performance is good but even weird thing is that I had 43% battery once , rebooted the phone to get 65% and another reboot it shows 90% now

once I had 3% battery which lasted for an hour..

I did calibrate my battery but am still getting this issue.. Any assistance could be appreciated..

Just use right method

Fully drain ur battery
(make sure phone boots and then swich off Do that 2 - 3 times to sure)

Then charge ur battery 100% in swich off mode

Dont remove ur charger
And wipe battery status via cwm
Boot ur phone and charge 100% and done
