Hi like to share this media app for the leaked sony s ics firmaware shared by DooMLoRD

i just added it into a recovery zip using lasan pack enjoy

equalizer settings work after you restart the app :/

SRS Stuff?

Can't seem to get to the SRS Functions.

Just got standerd eq.

Are there some more files needed?

On an arc s with official ICS 4.0.3

i don't know how i got srs i thinks its because im using RayOniumICS v6 Reborn 4.0.4 not too sure

Anyone have the stock :
system/etc/audio_effects.conf
system/etc/soundfx/ (whole folder) ?

After replacing these files, my device no longer having xLoud functionality.

same issue. 4.0.3 ray official ROM
can U zip and upload ur system files under the system/lib directory?
well, AND...pls post ur AudioEffectService.apk under system/app
if this is the problem then this file may be different from 4.0.3

thumbsup!! It worked!!
BUT... I can recognize the difference when I turn the EQ on/off before install the SRSPanel.apk ,after I installed it the sound of the player seemed stayed all the same despite the EQ is on or off. Anybody know why?

i think there are no difference when turn on/off the equalizer...
the preset also always same when change it....
any solution???

SRSPanel.apk is extracted from RayOniumICS.v6 , and the same problems on my phone...

well, apparently SRS function is made for stock ICS music player rather than SONY walkman, I delete the srspanel.apk then EQ is back and you can tell the difference of the sound while EQ is on/off. The unique function on SONY player might be ClearBass..... I'm afraid we still have to wait for some smart guys to do the job.
AND...I delete all the files then try the file in this thread but in vein. Any suggestion?

Setting permission to audio_effects.conf did the trick.
