First you need to make a ext4 partition in your sd card. You can do this with mini partition tool manager. At least 1gb but better i think is 2gb
Download rom from second post and put zip file in sdcard
Make a folder in your sdcard and name it Nativesd.Inside this folder copy haret.exe,clrcad.exe and a startup.txt file with rel_path=Nativesd
Then download 4extrecovery from xylograph post http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...0&postcount=65
Copy it in your sdcard in a folder recovery and also copy in this folder a haret.exe file and a startup.txt file with rel_path=recovery
Then boot haret.exe from recovery folder and wait recovery to start. If it doesnt start the first time, make reboot and try again.
After it starts it will drop some messages for not mounting "cache" but you can ignore them.Go to install from sd card, pick the AOKP_N2408se_dual_installer.zip file to install.Choose install in sd-ext and wait to install. After the installation finishes, boot to wm and boot clrcad.exe and haret.exe from Nativesd folder
