Installation Procedure

UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER

Neo L not supported from build 4+

Flash the respective kernel for your device

Reboot into Clockwordmod Recovery

Factory Reset

Wipe Cache Partition

Advanced>Wipe Dalvik Cache

Mounts and storage > Format /system

Install zip from sdcard> Choose zip from sdcard> Revolution_ics_hd_Revolution[Build_7].zip

Follow the Instructions in Aroma Installer

Reboot your Xperia Device

Now Just go away for a coffee! Don't return before 30mins! Let the ROM settle down!

That's it! Enjoy!

About Revolution ICS HD

When the ICS update of all Xperia 2011 series was rolled out by sony, everyone was happy as it brought a new interface and features to our devices. But after sometime, a few days, our devices started to lag due to all the bloatware that sony's 4.1.B.0.587 fw had and its bad ram management was also a problem for the heavy apps and games. At that time i decided to make a ROM which fixes our devices and remove all the bugs. Hence, Revolution ICS HD™ was born! This rom is based on stock 4.1.B.0.587 fw and is totally bloatware free! The system apps are from Xperia T. Revolution ICS HD™ brings new features to our old devices! Revolution ICS HD™ is optimised in such a way so that our devices can run on its full potential! Lags and freezes are history! The rom also has a good amount of battery up time..

F.A.Q.

1. Why are there no Xperia Widgets in Xperia T advanced launcher?
-- Because its a modded apex launcher hence no support for Official Sony Widgets! But you can use apex, Go, adw etc themes from playstore in it!
2. Why is RAM a bit Low than build 1 but higher than beam in sonic?
-- Higher than beam cause i built sonic from build 1 ! Lower than build 1 cause the small apps occupy RAM!
3. Why is lockscreen switcher not working for me??
-- You need to disable onscreen buttons for it to work!
4. Why is There only one default theme when i selected all 3 in aroma?
-- You can select only one!! If u select more than one you will have the last one which u selected!

Note - bad news for neo L users with locked bootloader !
The size of the rom is 309m and your system is 300m .... so this build might just not boot for u guys!
Unlocked guys should switch to the new kernel !

Kernels are compiled by our Nxt member
And kernel developer Vid Sirotkin

Battery kernels are optimised for battery and users requiring a conservative use of Rom
Who don't prefer gaming and don't use much of anything....

Performance kernel is for better performance and avoids any lags in general....
More of use if you play games, etc

Not by me! They r compiled by vidsirotkin( NXT ray member)

Well I don't quite remember much but he made some tweaks in the battery krnl which increase the battery life but lowers the performance for heavy games( they lag on this krnl)
But u have the performance krnl for them!

I mean features like gov, io, swap support, oc etc... one more thing. can I use this kernel with any other ICS based roms??

Gov - ondemand,conservative,smartass v2, interactive, userspace, powersave, performance
I/o- deadline,noop
Oc - 1.4 on battery performance dont remember
Swap support yes!

Yeah all ics roms work on this krnl
