Hi, can someone provide me a good link to root my s2 (some easy method)which have latest v of cwm who needs for this rom:laugh: , cause i want to flash this rom
use the search function... lazy ppl nowadays..
No, for now it wrks only with CM10.1 Kernel on RR3.1.3

This is a Devlopment Section Buddy, Do please post ur Issue on the 'General Q&A' section Of S2 to get better response
Do please Guide them to post in the right section ma8, rather than getting annoyed and do remember we were all Noobs when we came here
I think he had the latest siyah v6 beta or the 5.0 1, this kernels not for this rom, only for cm 10 or beta for leak rom only.
He had not take the v5 vsync for cm 10.1 Roms. This works fine on all my testet 4.2.1 cm 10.1 rom.
10000 Percent, also as second rom without any issues.

when u , patricKwu, Gabo,vreestyle,zoozle and myself had a really good time and then came Kroz, paul, Delta , Raja, neeraj and added more character to this commune
and not to forget astrogambit
But for now well, Myself and Gabo are Hanging out and waging our battles over here

I'm not sugar coating or anything mate but eversince i started using RR, i always admired how you guys treated members here...especially new ones like me that time (even until now actually). Along with Westcrip, I must say that you, gabowinter, vreestyle, raja/silencer, deltasync, pigmachine, faseeh rehman, etc etc are the pillars of this thread...this family. and yes, along came great assets and contributors like kroz. and astrogambit. this has become an exciting thread, fun and learning thread. i know there's too many too mention but you guys are just some of the regular member I see here everyday.
Im just sayin...oh well..back to topic. lol!
but i am always thankful to you guys. i have been lurking on other threads but ive never had the devotion, the sleepless nights
, early morning wake-ups...these kinds of thrills and experiences i've had in this family. been away for a while but im glad to be back again..ok im done with the drama.lol!
The ROM works great. I had this same problem and it was because I wasn't being careful with titanium back up and was restoring settings from an old rom. Re flash the ROM and be careful to only install apps with titanium. I'm sure it'll work well for you!

Hey guys, I've been playing around with the ROM for a few days and there are some things I can't find.
1. Increasing volume for the clock. I love this feature but can't find it!
2. Move the cursor while typing with the volume rocker.
Can someone give me the paths for these.
so i did this, and my whole phone is 'bricked' now. it does start up but its sooooo slow and it gives me constantly this error: Unfortunately, the processcom.android.phone has stopped.. so for me siyah doesnt work on this rom
you are using the siyah kernel. you need to special one with vsync
just wanted to report something, i dont know if it is known, but if i reboot the phone the battery level drps drastically (like from 60% to 6 %) but if i plug in the charger and reboot it again, it goes back to 60%. I have tried it multiple times, same thing happens. I am on 3.1.3 and cm10.1 kernel. any ideas?

-INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS-
- Make sure you are either on any KitKat ROM (CM11, etc) or on 4.2.2 TW based ROM and NOT on 4.1.2 TW based ROM
- Download the latest build
- Download Gapps
- Take a nandroid backup
- Recommended - Full wipe and factory reset
- Flash ROM using latest ClockworkMod recovery
- Flash Gapps
- Reboot.
- Enjoy!

- Download the latest build of Resurrection Remix ROM
- Take a nandroid backup
- Flash ROM using ClockworkMod recovery
- Flash Gapps
- Wipe cache
- Wipe dalvik cache
- Reboot

-OTA UPDATES-
- You will get a notification on your phone when a new version of RR ROM is available. You can download the ROM on your phone through the OTA updater.
- For now, I have made the link to open in a browser as direct links for the ROM zip on file host might not work at times. I might change this to direct downloading of zips in the future.
- Full ROM will be downloaded, not a delta zip.
- I haven't tested flashing the ROM using the automated scripts in the OTA updater. Use them at your own risk. I advice you to open recovery manually and flash the ROM manually. If you do decide to test the OTA updater scripts and it works, share with the community.
IMPORTANT: If you come from another ROM, have some issues or want a really clean installation then follow the 'Extended steps to install the ROM' featured on the General FAQ
