sorry, but anyone can you explain how to flash this rom details. coz i dont understand about "change kernel and use this boot.img,instead of the same file in rom, now flash rom again".
can somebody help me how to flash it step by step? btw how about the bugs?

To all of you that you want to flash this ROM and you don't know how, here is a step by step guide:
A. Preparing section
1. Download the ROM from here: http://www.mediafire.com/?h838e4azkv9of51
2. Download the kernel from here: http://www.mediafire.com/?ht8mhw25hwb38fi
3. Download the theme from here: http://www.mediafire.com/?cbch6uvwht78l7s
4. When all the downloads finishes open the ROM zip (with zip or any other similar program like 7zip etc.)
5. Delete the file boot.img (or back it up into another folder in you pc).
6. Copy the boot.img file that you 've downloaded from step 2) and paste it into the ROM zip file (where you previous deleted the file in step 5).
7. Save the ROM zip file in your sd card (in root folder or anywhere else you want in sd card of your phone).
8. Copy and paste the file you downloaded in step 3 (default.mtz) in your sd card to the folder: MIUI --> subfolder: theme If there is no such folder just put it anywhere you want in your sdcard but don't forget to move it in MIUI --> theme after the installation and reboot finishes so the theme chooser can recognize it.
9. You have completed the preparation.
B. Installation section
1. First you need to boot in recovery mode. Turn off your phone and then boot by pressing together Power and Home button (after SAMSUNG logo appears release the power button but keep pressing HOME button until you see recovery options).
2. Take a nandroid backup (in case anything goes wrong), meaning select backup and restore and then backup.
3. After that from the main menu of recovery (if you are on back up and restore section press the back button) press wipe data/factory reset
4. After the wipe finishes, press Wipe cache partition
5. Then, select the advanced option from the main menu and press Wipe Dalvik Cache and after that press Wipe Buttery Stats
6. Go back to the main menu and select the option mounts and storage
7. Then press the option format /system
8. Go back to the main menu and select the option install zip from sdcard
9. From the menu that will open press choose zip from sdcard and navigate to the ROM that you 've saved in your sd card from the A.section step 7.
10. If everything goes well after the installation finishes press the reboot system now option from the main menu and wait till the phone restarts (it can take more time than usually to reboot).
11. When the phone restarts go to the themes (scroll right and you will see it) and choose the file "default". Press apply.
12. VOILA you have the new ROM which is awesome.

There is an application called "AndroZip File Manager" (search PlayStore). Download this app and you will gain access inside the ROM zip file. Than all you have to do is delete the boot.img file which is in the root of the ROMs zip file and then move there the file you have downloaded from the link of the kernel in the first page of this thread (also called boot.img). Save the zip file and you are ready to flash the ROM.

I didn't create the boot.img I just copied the link from the first post.
If you flashed any kernel and your phone works fine then you have no problem.
If you managed to delete the old boot.img and replaced it with the one in the first post than again you are ok.
In any case use your phone for a day or so to see how it goes and if there is any problem feel free to ask.
Change kernel via cwm, wipe cache partision, wipe dalvik. Mount system & data. Flash kernel.
