There doesn't seem to be many Sony roms. Does any 1 know if there will be much interest from the people who make the roms 4 the new Sony xperia z.

It's a pretty nice cheap handset with vanilla ics. It needs some software tweaks to take care of some of it's shortcomings.
I'd love to see CM10 on this device.

Simply put, this is an awesome phone and pretty much the QWERTY equivalent (as we could get nowadays) of the mighty S3. It is a SHAME that this phone has gotten passed over more times for a forum to be created for it. I have enjoyed this place since the days of HTC Windows Mobile phones, and remember how this was the place where no device was left behind if it had potential. I understand that there of alot of quality devices out there, but there are few QWERTY devices period nowadays, much less with the specs of the relay (and I'm pretty sure they have forums here already).
There are people actively working on CM9 and above development for the Relay, that if given a home to congregate and communicate, can help to unleash the true potential of this device. The numerous threads that mods here have recently closed pertaining to this phone shows that there are people that care, and want to see this phone at its best. The xda that I remember would not let this phone just go into obscurity.
I will continue to post a simple request once a day until a home is created here for this phone that has so much modern potential in a segment that most manufacturers have all but considered dead.
That is all.

Pantech Burst please? We have compiled a cm10 and it is almost a daily driver. We also have rooted gingerbread and ics exploits. We are also working on a AOKP AND AOSP.

I don't understand it either. I mean, with all due respect, development is in progress for the device (I'm involved in it too; I'll launch a new Los build in the next few days). XDA is a great place for discussion and to show such progress (and also to incentivate it). We have other threads opened recently for devices which don't have any development at all (for instance, the X6 Pro, x6 neo, etc).There's a forum for development if a device doesn't have a dedicated thread yet:

So, you might want to consider to encourage the developers you know to post their work there.
Our forum administrator addressed his stance just about 6 weeks ago in this thread:

There are multiple devices in this category that seem to be served by a couple of monolithic threads that currently try to cover all the topics related to them. The two main categories of device seem to be HuiFei devices serviced by this thread (currently 9118 posts) and the AN-21 U devices by this thread (currently 6484 posts). Both devices ideally would have their own sub-forum as they are quite distinct development wise however a "Android Car Stereo Radio Head Units" forum would be a substantial improvement.
