After flashing Synergy yesterday, my phone will randomly completely lose cell reception (Display a circle with a slash through it) for about 20 seconds. I installed the rom after a dalvik cache wipe, factory reset, then a complete format during the installation so I doubt anything went wrong there. It' an ATT model, can I just flash the radio through Odin?

There is your problem. Add At&t apns and it should work.

I'm a rogers user, but I searched and I think this is the proper APN:

LTE:
Name: ATT PTA
APN: pta
MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net
MMS Proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net
MMS port: 80
MCC: 310
MNC: 410
Auth: none
APN type: default,mms,supl,hipri

And HSPA+:

Name: AT&T HSPA+
APN: phone
MCC: 310
MNC: 410
APN type: internet
All other fields blank

I think there's still something wrong, I tried adding LTE (Settings button>New APN) but the screen is still blank.

I'm not familiar with an APN deleting on its own, but I guess you could try a reboot and try again to see what happens, sorry I can't come up with better suggestions.

You should remove your IMEI from your post. You shouldn't post that for others to see, as it could lead to "bad" things.

Right, I figured.

You still helped me to discover the problem :)

I'm re-flashing Synergy with different settings to see what happens.

Edit:

No difference...

Alright, well, I formatted everything and re-flashed Synergy which gave me access to the APN's, I entered the LTE APN, and now that works. However, whenever the 4G's active, my IMEI shows up as 0's and I can't send or receive texts. This is getting pretty ridiculous.

O-kaaay... Once I made a call it established my IMEI and I can send texts.
