Just play with it.

Only make sure that animations are enabled in settings/developer options/advanced

Then you can increase or decrease animation scales and you'll find what you like.

Personally I always have them switched completely off and never used them, so I can't recommend anyone. I haven't even tried if all of them work.

For boot animation you're going to have to search this form. Never looked to change mine as I don't care about this either, but I guess there are many. Should be again in the form of a flashable zip.

For bootanimations, when you have the proper zip setup, name ot 'hTC_bootup_one.zip' and place it on systen/customize/resource, and change permissions to rw-,r--,r-- (644). It will be like this for most ROMs, but some ROMs, have the bootanimation in data/local,

Just check the respective Rom, and name the zip accordingly, then place it and set permissions

@lyapota it will be very nice if you could add this: http://d-h.st/MZy sense 5 rosie navbar with Shnizlon's permission to either your mod or resmanager. Right now if I flash this over your mod I loose rosie scrolling and other tweaks of rosie in your Mod.

Maybe if possible you can add to enable or disable this one on your EQS settings.

here it is, lyapota's rosie with sense 5 navbar, everything will work. scrolling / landscape.

for lyapota, the only files you need to implement it in your resManager (and therefor work with 5x5 6x6 rosie) are the m10 files from assets and some pngs from res. if you diff rosie from my zip with yours u'll see what i mean.

p.s. keep up the good work, your mod is amazing .

lockscreen looks nice, but phone cannot be unlocked anymore with shortcuts like camera, sms etc. it can be only unlocked by puling ring out, not with any of shortcut icons.

Can somebody explain to me how I can change app drawer to 5x6 cause I can't find it anywhere?

Flash Resource Manager, it's a option there.

Edit:
Lyapota, maybe clear "features list" could be helpful. Screenshots in the OP are from old versions, and now only way to find out the features is to read all of the change log.

Yesterday I've noticed one problem with my touch screen. A horizontal track doesn't working any more. The curiosity is it appears after flashed this mod, more specifically when activate volume control script.
The fail is exactly where que volume dialog appears. In middle of screen.
I've re flashed, restore, change room, flashed firmware and no solution.

I don't know what happened than if it cause the problem.
Maybe somebody who be specialist can verify one possibility cause.
If someone have a idea, I'm opened ears.

Unlike previous versions in the latest version the sweep2wake works with two buttons and in any directions. Is it not possible to achieve 3 buttons swipe and right to left to lock and left to right to unlock like previous versions?

And also I am unable to switch Auto apply kernel settings from OFF to ON.

I too saw this 2-button any direction issue once. But it disappeared sometime later either because I rebooted or flashed the kernel again.

Tested this also, sweep2wake toggle has no effect, and autorun tweaks toggle not switching to "on".
So maybe something broken.

But, for sweep2wake settings... You can manually edit settings in /sys/android_touch folder. Pretty clear what files you need to change...

for me works great, first you must to do that:

turn on in quick settings sweep to unlock

I guess some init.d files are missing. Because on the latest version the following files doesn't exist on init.d folder.

55sw2wake
50musicbox
89volwake

I added back the same 55sw2wake file and sweep2wake works the way I want. Will it create any probs @lyapota if i do this?

EDIT: I guess baadnewz forgot to include those files on his ROM. I just downloaded latest modpack and there are these files so I guess its ROM problem. Sorry about this.

However, the auto apply option for kernel setting doesn't seem to change from OFF to ON.

i on Android Revolution HD 18.2 installed JB modpack ver 5.1 .

but after connect cable to my phone on windows 7 ,its say ed "you need formate the disk in drive xxx".

i tested jb modpack 4.3 with ums and without ums in aroma installation.but all time i have this message .
