Another thing if you watch the youtube videos and its extremely short it means the bootanimation is a looper.. It will continuously loop until the phone boots.
Ok I am not new to making bootanims anymore but I am still learning complex after effects on the daily as well some very very very complicated cinema4d..At least for me I never dealt with moGraph or Xpresso before now so still teaching myself...

PLEASE IF YOU DO ANYTHING, PREVIEW THEM THERE IS ALOT TO THEM, AND THEY ARE VERY VERY COMPLICATED IN SOME CASES. SO PLEASE PREVIEW THEN DECIDE

I AM EVEN WILLING TO SHARE THE .AEP PROJECTS IF "YOU" ARE ACTUALLY INTERESTED IN SEEING HOW THEY WORK OR WANT IT TO RESIZE THEM, BUT BE WARNED YOU WILL NEED ALOT OF PLUGINS TO OPEN MOST OF THEM...

Some of these bootanimations are from tutorials and others are from presets within the guru suite but most of them I made myself and If I didn't make them I still play with the settings on the particle systems for hours until I get it how I want it...
so ENJOY either way they are sick animations...
These are boot-animations and they are flashable and absolutely nothing is needed to be done in recovery just install no wiping needed its part of the .zip it automatically does it. If you are wanting to flash these on an AOSP rom you will need to unzip the flashalbe. Make sure its named bootaniation.zip and push to system/media using es file explorer or any other root file explorer just make sure you rename the original bootanimation.zip tp Backupbootanimation.zip so you can go back to it if you want... Enjoy
Screenshots are taken with gyazo and you wont see any of the red squares or other after effects things you see in the some of the SS's!

There will be several more to come I promise I have a few comps in mind I wanna work on so you will get more of this after effects magic.... I'd like to thank those that helped me make these bootanimations possible since I didnt really hadnt done to many bootanims before this so had some minor problems early on. Like to thank dased14, timberwolf671, and joeyfettucine for all the help.

Boot Animtion5 The Kramer Ring/Anonymous Mask-And yes this has been largely minimized thanks to dased and it loops now thank him.. There is a small glitch in the plexus but hardly noticable: (see in high res it looked bad to me but when rendered lower like that its barely noticable... Thanks again dased.

Quick something I put together from another animation I made ffrom a tutorial originally added alot of effects to it including a morphing effect and it worked out awesome so I used a trapcode form on a tube and it deforms over time and looks cool as well enjoy!

There are several tron animations I am currently working on I finished this one off this afternoon It has cloud layers and 3d inforgraphs that have particle deformers on them kinda cool its a remake of the throne room effect but I did this in ae not in c4d as they did in the movie...Though the tron identity disc Is a replica I modeled in c4d took me a day or two to get that right...
I have several where I animated the disc itself in C4d but honestly it made the animation image count to large so i took it out otherwise it looks all garbage like in after effects if its super fast...

Got a question on this. When I boot up, the animation is like it's in slow motion. Is this natural or how do I speed it up?

Ok well how fast it goes during boot is actually depended upon two things the desc.txt which i have set to 95 i think right now... Which is rather high but necessary b/c alot of the time on the lte both processors don't fully fire during boot which is why you see the hesitation... But I can up the fps in the bootanim ill re-post with a high fps.

Yes I can Do the tunnel comp in red no prob Ill do it today for you...The globe on the other hand has about 50 fx involved in it and is very hard to go back and change b/c the magic bullet settings i used are based on that color particularly...So if I change the color for the globe in after effects the magic bullet itself has to be changed.. On the other hand you could hue/sat the images in the animation but it wont look the same magic bullet adds a super unique effect to things... I am willing to share any of these projects if requested it takes alot to open them though I will tell you that about 6k in plugins to open most of them...


BTW @dzilla23 Im rendering your red version right now will be up in a bit enjoy;)

Yes exactly batch image editing programs like faststone can be use to batch colorize the individual frames.

Yes it is right they are hd animations to make a good animation you need at least 300 frames but yeah theyll be rendered smaller and they all work for me havent tried to dl them but Im trying it now one second... And yeah some are massive but its worth it I dont really care I have them all on my sd and all the .pngs are opted. Ill post a few smaller ones also for those of you that like the lightweight ones and I to am on the new sense 5 port so Ill put a few up for that also... All the images are in the SPC_bootanimation.zip inside render1 folder! Andrew Kramers ring was my first animation that I made so I didnt understand at the time how to minimize the size of the output file. I do now so won't be anymore massive files like that. The reason its so big: I cant make it loop and still have the plexus move natrually and since the face is made of numbers that change and plexus that moves i cant make it loop thusly i just looped it a bunch of times you can chop the end off if you want..Try chopping a hundred images and test. Kramer ring has issues though the .zip ill reupload I used 7zip to put the files together.

    Another thing if you watch the youtube videos and its extremely short it means the bootanimation is a looper.. It will continuously loop until the phone boots.
    Ok I am not new to making bootanims anymore but I am still learning complex after effects on the daily as well some very very very complicated cinema4d..At least for me I never dealt with moGraph or Xpresso before now so still teaching myself...

    PLEASE IF YOU DO ANYTHING, PREVIEW THEM THERE IS ALOT TO THEM, AND THEY ARE VERY VERY COMPLICATED IN SOME CASES. SO PLEASE PREVIEW THEN DECIDE

    I AM EVEN WILLING TO SHARE THE .AEP PROJECTS IF "YOU" ARE ACTUALLY INTERESTED IN SEEING HOW THEY WORK OR WANT IT TO RESIZE THEM, BUT BE WARNED YOU WILL NEED ALOT OF PLUGINS TO OPEN MOST OF THEM...

    Some of these bootanimations are from tutorials and others are from presets within the guru suite but most of them I made myself and If I didn't make them I still play with the settings on the particle systems for hours until I get it how I want it...
    so ENJOY either way they are sick animations...
    These are boot-animations and they are flashable and absolutely nothing is needed to be done in recovery just install no wiping needed its part of the .zip it automatically does it. If you are wanting to flash these on an AOSP rom you will need to unzip the flashalbe. Make sure its named bootaniation.zip and push to system/media using es file explorer or any other root file explorer just make sure you rename the original bootanimation.zip tp Backupbootanimation.zip so you can go back to it if you want... Enjoy
    Screenshots are taken with gyazo and you wont see any of the red squares or other after effects things you see in the some of the SS's!

    There will be several more to come I promise I have a few comps in mind I wanna work on so you will get more of this after effects magic.... I'd like to thank those that helped me make these bootanimations possible since I didnt really hadnt done to many bootanims before this so had some minor problems early on. Like to thank dased14, timberwolf671, and joeyfettucine for all the help.

    Boot Animtion5 The Kramer Ring/Anonymous Mask-And yes this has been largely minimized thanks to dased and it loops now thank him.. There is a small glitch in the plexus but hardly noticable: (see in high res it looked bad to me but when rendered lower like that its barely noticable... Thanks again dased.

    There are several tron animations I am currently working on I finished this one off this afternoon It has cloud layers and 3d inforgraphs that have particle deformers on them kinda cool its a remake of the throne room effect but I did this in ae not in c4d as they did in the movie...Though the tron identity disc Is a replica I modeled in c4d took me a day or two to get that right...
    I have several where I animated the disc itself in C4d but honestly it made the animation image count to large so i took it out otherwise it looks all garbage like in after effects if its super fast...

    Bootanimation 25 - Tron Identity disc Vegas boot- This is just a plugin a used alot for tron b/c it works for the moving lights... thought it looked cool if you seizures don't download this (it has a looping flare in it!) I imagine it can cause some...:)

    Just put the new one up... Enjoy its a simple trapcode form deformers and its back up and better looking i have a few different versions of this rendered out if anyone wants the other versions... its basically different camera angles its the bootanimation 11 trapcode form im talking about btw.

    Oh yeah and sorry guys sometimes Ill make a few animations and only have time in one day to actually assemble them to bootanimations.. Then I usually pull all nighters making these animations; otherwise the wife wouldn't like it to much lol... So enjoy guys!

    Ok well how fast it goes during boot is actually depended upon two things the desc.txt which i have set to 95 i think right now... Which is rather high but necessary b/c alot of the time on the lte both processors don't fully fire during boot which is why you see the hesitation... But I can up the fps in the bootanim ill re-post with a high fps.

    Like I built my own my daily driver and incorporated Old man jenkinz pack into it.. yes I do make roms lol....Pretty easy with sense 5 since you only gotta download it svn and from the builds they put out every day. Comes with a build script pretty simple... It builds itself I just added the pack and some stuff I wanted into rls133. Well and to answer about a theme I may do another theme but Im not so sure we may go in a different direction not quite sure yet... Depends on what me and joey and yeti decide on... If we do another rom it will be themed for sure...I'm a graphics designer who can code so nothing stays stock for me. I started this after effects quest b/c I wanted to learn 3d - 2d animation and its just become projects for me to learn with mostly. Thus you guys get these awesome bootanimations.
