The transparency and dimming is actually high end graphics effects , which is enabled in android if RAM >= 768MB. I have asked Faryaab , but no reply.

I dont care much for the power widget, quick toggle works fine.

List of to-do's for faryaab(urgent)
1. Fix Bluetooth A2DP issues
ts1506;

Do you know how to mod it? I mean how to integrate high end grap. Effects?
I did some search and found only one thing,it's SystemUI.apk modding...But i dont have apktool on my pc atm. Also dont know whre i have to mod :)

If any other person knows how to do this, please let us know :)

It needs some changes in the settings app and the base framework , must be done in source, cant be done via apktool.

APN settings for DNA Finland

Hi!

Here are APN settings for finnish ISP called DNA. It is RARed and inside it is file called apns-DNA_Finland.xml. You can use app called APN Backup & Restore from Google Android Play market. You have to use first app called /system/app mover and move APN Backup & Restore to system apps. Then locate this attached apns-DNA_Finland.xml file to folder ApnBackupRestore (root).

Or add them all manually guided by this blog page: Operaattoriasetukset

To keep this help simple here is the needed APN line in .xml file:

<apn type="mms" mmsc="http://mmsc.dnafinland.fi" mmsprotocol="null" mmsport="8080" mmsproxy="10.1.1.2" port="8080" proxy="10.1.1.2" password="mms" server="http://wap.dnafinland.fi" user="dna" apn="mms" mnc="12" mcc="244" numeric="24412" name="dna mms"/><apn type="default" mmsc="" mmsprotocol="null" mmsport="" mmsproxy="" port="" proxy="" password="" server="" user="" apn="internet" mnc="12" mcc="244" numeric="24412" name="dna internet"/>

Supernexus ROM with MacKay Kernel 0.293 (latest) tuned with Semaphore Manager app. No oc or liveoc, smartassv2 with smooth ui, row, deep idle with Bluetooth unchecked, touch wake 4000ms, auto brightness, SD card read ahead 256. Facebook uninstalled and all Maps receivers disabled using Autostart Manager app. Maps location update and latitude settings disabled.

Antutu says 4097... Yay!!!

Firstly, fantastic Rom and it's nice & smooth for me....Thanks..:good:

Secondly, I am wanting to swap my Internal & External Memory around as I have a 32gb sd card and I want to make use of it...I have trawled through the Q&A/Dev section and googled it and can't find a Vold.fstab to work on this rom.....I have tried the one for the I9000 but on rebooting, I'm getting stuck on the boot animation..So I go into recovery and restore again, Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this working please? or is it not a good Idea to swap the memory around, I don't know....

The problem is, I want to see the files on external sd card using ES file manager but I have to keep putting a script in every time I boot to see the files, is there something I can do to sort this instead of me having to put this in all the time?

Many thanks

You external sd card should be mounted as /emmc or /storage/sdcard1 by this ROM. Similarly, internal SD card is mounted as /sdcard or /storage/sdcard0. Did you check that?

Maybe a noob question.. I was on cm 10.1 and now on supernexus... Both clean installs. Am I on original or new partitions? What's the difference between the two? Tks

Thanks for your response. Which ROMs use the new partition layout? I am guessing CM10.1, Supernexus, MacKay, CyanAosp, Slim, Devil, Gamerzrom, and ROMs by Aways. Is that correct? Tks

You guessed correctly. There is only a couple ROMs posted here with old layout and it is mentioned in op.

The ringtones must get lost during the usb-connection if they're located on the extSD. Copy them under system-folder.

The main idea behind SuperNexus is to provide Vanilla Android experience, just like on Google's Nexus devices, to non-nexus devices. SuperNexus is entirely built from Google's AOSP Source. A lot of improvements and optimizations have been done to the Google's Source Code to have the best possible Vanilla Android Experience. SuperNexus is very light too as there are no 3rd party apps (ZERO Bloatware).

What kind of a joke is running by here?
Stuffs you get for free on xda are gifts and you're "all" whining about your next gift delay?!
Don't you have anything else to do meanwhile? Keep enjoying previous version or test one of the many others rom you can find on this section?
I've read "unrespectful"??!? WTF!! It's crazy..
