So far the latest release its been pretty stable almost everything works with the exemption of LTE :thumbup:

Two questions

1 is control panel available for v5 ?

2 does komodo works with this release in previous releases it makes everything to fc

I just flashed this ROM and I'm liking it so far, but for some reason the music player is only showing 21 songs on my phone. I have a crap load of songs on my external SD and it doesnt read them?

I can look in es file explorer and find them and even play then from there, but they don't show in the music app. What is going on? I even installed power amp and they don't show there either. Someone help

    This is a port of MIUI V5 for the HTC EVO 4G LTE
    *MIUI V5 is still in BETA so expect issues if you do decide to flash this ROM*

    I had originally posted in general asking about the possibility of this ROM being ported to this device and now it finally has been. With permission from Funluan and Notorious I put this thread together in the development forum in hopes that it will get more attention and possibly become a stable daily driver for us MIUI fans out there! I will try to provide any help I can, but I’m not a developer. I’m just sharing what I've found. I'm not responsible for anything bad that may happen to your phone flash at your own risk!

    A: MiSpace is the "two-finger swipe down" function built into some themes that is an extension of the MIUI home screen. It is built into the Rom and can be found in many of the themes.

    Q: How do I use MIUI's awesome MiSpace feature?
    A:
    1. Go to Themes; you'll be prompted to create an Xiaomi account which allows you to download and apply MIUI themes
    2. Find a theme that MiSpace built in; look at the previews of the themes you might want to try, they should have the MiSpace preview
    3. Download and apply the theme you would like to try out
    4. From the home screen "two-finger" swipe down and it should bring you to MiSpace
    Q: Why should I try MIUI V5?
    A: Fresh new user experience. MiSpace feature is cool. Themes are unmatched. V5 is very clean. Cool New features like animated icons. The calendar keeps actual date on its icon as you live your life! And because MIUI is amazing. ;)

    I have successfully ported MIUI V5 from One S, It's sense based(Latest: 3.16.651.3 OTA and Android 4.1.1)

    But there are still a lot of problems, For example, Phone.apk goes FC, So I can't make calls.

    Tomorrow I will release the download link.

    Perhaps you can help to improve it.

    I did some tests,and found some problems.

    1.This is only a semi-finished products,I can not promise that it will completely work.

    2.Maybe who can recompile the Phone.apk,then the phone function work.

    3.Link to the computer with a data cable, the status bar does not prompt.

    4.I fix the bootanimation resolution.

    5.Change the theme and switch desktops 4X4 or 4X5 need to restart the device, or desktop constantly reload.

    6.The Sense camera work properly, which is that we most want to see.

    7.Check the memory card takes a long time.

    8.Waiting for you to tell me.:rolleyes:
