Honestly, I prefer black. Had iPhone 4S before so I was sick and tired of that bling-color. White looks alright too but I myself wouldn't choose it. But I guess I will also get tired on black one day too.

There are reports that at least some N4s recently shipped to india are running JDQ39E

Well noone knows since noone else has it, could you go to fastboot and tell us what bootloader it has, and possibly make a nandroid of it to share?

Noone else has JDQ39E, nor will they from an OTA it seems

Fastboot. Turn phone off and then keep volume down pressed while pressing the on off button. This will take you into fastboot.

Hold Power and volume down until fastboot screen appears
Tell us what the bootloader is, it should be MAKOZ10<something>

Have you installed/put stuff on your N4 yet?
If you dont have any data on your n4 I'd like to ask if you could unlock it and make a nandroid.

If you have gtalk/aim or can get on IRC, i can walk you though making a nandroid, it would be the safer way to do it
