I completely agree. I've had zero reboots and basically no problems at all. I'll wait until a 4.3 rom comes out and is stable, but you can be Damn sure that I'll make a nandroid backup first and will jump back at the first sign of trouble.

As for 4.3 the only interesting feature is Trim support, but I'm guessing we all flash so often that we don't have problems with "fragmentation" that would be solved by it.

I am using snuzzo port of the cubed kernel (this kernel is awesome btw) which supports trim that being said I have lag fix pro scheduled to trim system-data-cache every morning and have had nothing but smooth sailing. I have read though that under certain circumstances it will corrupt your partitions and you must format them to ext3 then to ext4 in recovery in order to get everything up and running.

Interesting, I'd like to try that - is this the one?

Just don't set interactivex2 in aroma and everything will run smooth its a hotplug governor and causes lockups when set to both cores. I use lulzactive or ondemand 1458 max 384 min 702 screen off sio. I should update it to create a boot.img on sdcard with your custom settings. Also lagging behind on getting the ICS aosp port done (it works on cm9 and aokp milestone 6).

So interactivex2 is safe to use but only on the first core right? Would a governor that scales up and down quickly be best for the second core? Thanks Snuzzo.

Soft Keys Failing

My soft keys are going out. Sounds like this is a common problem on the rezzy. I have to mash on them to respond. I've had to enable pie, and the navigation bar, to use the phone. When doing this, every time I make or receive a call, the screen goes black, and it's non responsive until the call is ended. From reading earlier posts, it sounds like I have to flash a different kernel to fix this? Has anybody done this, or found another solution?

Snuzzo,
I'm certain your talking about using the proximity app to fix the screen issues, but what has to be done to get the hard keys operable again?

I tried the proximity app, and it did not work for the calls. As soon as I hit dial, the screen goes black, and unresponsive.

As for the hard keys, I just figured it had something to do with the digitizer, and not rom related.

Edit** nevermind, after trying a few different calibrations, the app did the job with my black screen. Hard keys still shot, but no big deal.

Quick question if you don't mind, what does it mean to suspend the line?

Verizon will activate the new phone on your line, but they add an additional line. You will get the new phone at the discounted price for adding the new line. You have to pay $9.99 a month for 24 months for that additional line. You can have them suspend the line so that it's inactive, but you still have to pay for it. This can't be done on the phone with customer service. You'll have to go in a Verizon store and find a pretty cool rep. Basically, you will still be paying a little over $450 if you wanted a new HTC One, but it would be spread out over 2 years. Hope all that makes since.

I'm trying to swap mms.apk so I can get group messaging. I'm using the one from Neo's 2.9.1 Infection Rom. How exactly do I swap them out? I'm obviously not doing something right. Do I go into the Beanstalk rom zip file, and remove it from there? Each time I try, I get an error. I've tried deleting it, and cutting it out. Thanks

**Nevermind, I figured it out. For some reason, Beanstalk Explorer wouldn't let me overwrite the old apk, so I tried it on root explorer, and it worked.

Insight needed.

Ok, so here goes guys.
I was watching youtube for a few while my phone was plugged in and I got a low battery warning. Shortly after the phone dies. No matter what i did the phone would not charge. I kept swapping batteries to keep it going. Finally, I said forget it. The next day after it sat for about 6 hours or so while dead as a hammer, I hooked the charger up and miraculously it began charging. Now that i have it powered back up, it will not recognize or read my sd card. Anybody have a clue as to how to remedy this? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Apologies for the lack of documentation. Those that have used my kernel know that I'm more bite then bark. I may not consistently update my documentation, but I do update my stuff very often. Heck I didn't even announce the 1.3 release. Just uploaded to AFH and changed the thread title. It seems to work though considering I saw 90 downloads in the first 24 hours.

Hasn't been any major changes lately while preparing for 4.3 to be ready. I'll release a semi final 4.2 build when I get a chance this week.
