Welcome xda'ler, here you will find NO Honami :silly:
I just like to share my modified Xperia T Rom. This is not Development.

4.3jb (for 4.1.2jb see second post)

This Rom should work without any problems! no big mods, no big fuzz...no big experiments.

This is my daily driver! Its good enough for me, so maybe some other person will like it.

I use the following rom as my base:
DaRk-L0rD's
{ROM}[STOCK][T][JB 4.3][9.2.A.1.199] Official Firmware - Rooted&Deodexed 14/3

For Install Instructions go there. READ DaRk-L0rD's thread, before asking. And atleast leave him a thanks for his work.

- no walkman, album, video, sonyselect and so on
- deleted many other apks (such as google contacts sync, google calendar sync, chrome, etc. etc.)

+ xperia home is included (themed some little parts, disabled home stage background, colorscheme)
+ included xposed installer and the tinted statusbar module. this module gives us a nice experience
+ reduced navbar height
+ lockscreen-maximized-widget backplate removed
+ added jellybean clock (light themed) (changed colorscheme a little bit)
+ modded systemui.apk (see screenshots)
+ framework-res.apk modding (some apps with dark theme will have a light theme now) ---> Screenshots
---> there are textcolorbugs, but nothing annoying.
+ Xperia Z1 Compact Stock Email Client (4.3) UK nice UI, imap push!
+ new sounds/ringtones

If you miss some App/Apk, simply grab it from the original deodexed Version in the noticed thread. Any other app, you can find in the playstore.

4.1.2jb (for 4.3jb see first post)

This is the Stock Rom i themed. you can find in this Thread:
[STOCK][ROOTED][9.1.A.1.145][T]Official Firmware - Odexed & Deodexed[25/7/13] Give matt4321 a thanks.[/QUOTE]

What you get:
A themed stock .145 XT ROM, with a light color scheme. Honami ROM look-a-like.
No Honami framework! -> beautiful-functional, light themed .145stock!

  • applications without an own defined Theme should be themed light
  • framework: light themed
  • Home.apk: Home and Drawer, light/red colorscheme, gridsize 4x5
  • pin security screen light themed
  • Walkman: light themed (+soundenhancement)
  • Album app: light themed, gridsize changed
  • lockscreen modified (music control and camera shortcut still functional, changed touch effected blinds count)
  • MIUI Calculator, themed
  • taskswitcher themed
  • new themed sony keyboard (light theme only)
  • only HonamiApp: Clock, because its beautiful ;)
  • modified widgets (walkman etc.)
  • traffic speed statusbar notification
  • 4% battery mod (statusbar battery indicator / icon)
  • init.d tweaks (battery, cache, sdcar, zipalign tweak)
  • modded settings apk (new icons, stock holo light android icons
  • custom bootanimation
  • disabled Navigationbar (build.prop qemu.hw.mainkeys=1)
  • included Lidrod Power Widget (nonami final version: toggles at bottom of navigation area) -> better to handle
  • themed SystemUI.apk (notification area light themed)
  • removed Bloatware/Apps

Please be aware, its not 100% perfect themed. there will be some minor textcolorbugs. but i found nothing annoying. its totally useable as daily Rom for me!

Screenshots
  • see the Top Bar: "Screenshots"

Installation:

recommended Kernel: stock sony kernel or doomkernel v5/v6

I myself do clean Installations most time! After some hours of let it settle and my personal configurations it works without problems. So i guess if you dont break it yourself, there shouldnt any problem.

But, better have backups and know what you do, ok?! Im not responsible if you break something. Works here and is my daily ROM!

Xperia T:
  • unlocked bootloader? then i think you know what you are doing. install the usual way
  • locked bootloader? install just like you would install the Rom in matt4321's thread

Xperia TX:

after Flashing Rom.zip
  • reboot, and wait. it can take a minute...or two... :fingers-crossed: (dont worry if your phone have a random reboot after first boot, ignore it)
  • first thing to do after booting: open LMT Launcher, accept root, activate touchservice, enable autostart touchservice
if you prefer the stock navigation bar: qemu.hw.mainkeys=1 --> you can delete this line in your build.prop, save it...
then reboot, you should have back your navigationbar
  • you can enable init.d support by open the universal init.d support application: Activate, Reboot, Done - battery, cache, sdcar, zipalign tweak
  • if you have that annoying network notification (enabled/disabled mobile internet blabla):
    please flash that zip: CallRecordEnable_fixLTE_disableNETWORKnotify.zip
if you download it and use it, thank nicemblem
  • you want improve your wifi signal strenght? you can flash this:
WCNSS_TX_fw.67 and Baseband_fw_TX_fw.67_v33-52 (Xperia TX) (scroll down, look under "Baseband/Wireless in the thread)
no worry, flashing this shouldnt end up in errors, but you already know it.... having backups is nice ;)
there is no doubt, my wifi signal strenght is obviously better. try that out, and please leave a thanks for peetr_ in his thread.
  • if you prefer sonyHome, then i recommend using -advanced xperia Z launcher-:
    advancedZlauncher_nonamitheme.zip - 2.84 MB (themed for better fit nonami-colorscheme)
flash the .zip in recovery [includes home.apk and musicwidget.apk (light)]
my observations: this launcher works more smooth than the original xperia T home.apk.
    some of the features:
    • User selectable desktop and App drawer grid size (from 3x3 up to 12x12)
    • User assignable swipe, pinch and double tap gestures and button actions
    • Infinite scrolling
    • Hiding apps on the app drawer
Here are some screenshots of my modifications

I can confirm the following Mod is working with the Rom: ★ [MOD] ◢ PurePerformances™X ◣ | Golden Edition | Scary performances on Android, made by Jeeko. Thank him, if you like that work.
this tweaks seem to have a positiv effect to the rom, at least they not have negative effects

included Apps
Thank them for making such nice and usefull Applications.

18.03.2014: 500 downloads!

This looks nice, will it work with status bar flipper mod ? i love that mod, so would like to keep it if i flash this rom.

Thanks.

Hi, i can not guarantee that this mod will work.
I guess flashing the mod will end up in issues. Im not sure how it will work with disabled navbar. Hmhm
But i was thinking to integrate the mod in the rom, i just wanne wait for a later modversion. and i need doing bit more research doing integration.

If you wanne try the rom, then better backup, before flashing that mod. trial-and-error principle.

awww. ok, thanks for that. i will update first post and title. have a nice day

Rom works great by the way, thanks!

For anyone wanting to run it on the TX, my phone has an unlocked bootloader, so i don't know if that makes any difference to whether it will work or not. Other than that i just installed the ROM through CWM and then installed the patch straight over and it booted straight up. I have also installed some of my own mods which are also working great. :D

I cannot confirm if WCNSS_TX_fw.67 and Baseband_fw_TX_fw.67_v33-52 (Xperia TX) work on XTL, sorry.
Maybe you can -trial and error-? Sure you should have a backup before try anything.

    Regarding jellybean 4.3.
i propably will update the rom. but i first wanne check out the new firmware. because i guess many thing will be light themed already.
i have the idea of replacing any blue holo accents with my nonami-red color.
we also have to wait what toggles sony bring to us. i myself like them at the bottom on the notification area. like in my last nonami version.
and sure, i prefer fullscreen (hidden navbar).

another idea would be releasing a totally light themed rom, and a totally dark grey (or dark purple?) themed version.
regarding a darker themed rom (all sony apps etc.): i would prefer the design-colorscheme of the "matted blues" or "flats" cyanogenmod theme. just check it out and tell me what u think.
but that will only happen if have enough time^^

long saying short: lets check out stock 4.3jb first ;)

another idea is to wait for a more stable (bluescreen issue) omnirom 4.4kitkat. if there is one, propably i will theme one with my nonami-light-layout. one reason for that idea is, i guess sony will not give us kitkat. or if they bring it, then it will be late, after z-series.

hi, i added a little update.
    please see post1 for downloadlink.

i added a themed -advanced xperia Z launcher-
the original work is made by ra3al
you can find the original launcher here: [APP][4.0.3+] Advanced Xperia Z Launcher | 2.0.5b
please leave a thanks for ra3al in his thread.

my observations: this launcher works more smooth than the original xperia T home.apk.
i can recommend using that launcher in combination with ★ [MOD] ◢ PurePerformances™X ◣ | Golden Edition | Scary performances on Android, made by Jeeko. Thank him, if you like that work.
this tweaks seem to have a positiv effect to the rom, at least they not have negative effects

Here are some screenshots of my modifications

i changed appdrawer icon, home stage, folderstyle/-colorbg, some light backgrounds
if you prefer the original one, feel free to use it, you know where you can find :)

    installation:
flash the .zip in recovery [includes home.apk and musicwidget.apk (light)]
    2
hi xda'ler, i just wanne say thanks for 95 downloads of the rom. soon i will release my last version of this themed firmware. so if you wanted to download this rom, maybe you can wait 2or3 days, then you can grab last version.
you get some framework-res changes, i tried fix some minor textcolor-problems. i also themed some more icons/symbols.
another thing will be a a newly light theme for xperia keyboard (buttons, popups, etc.)
also in systemui there will be some changes (for example statusbar icons, traffic notification, colors)
i move the lidroid power toggles from the top notification header to the bottom of the notification bar. as soon as iam happy with the result i will upload the rom.zip

i will not include any other toggle mod, for me lidroid power widget is the best and most useful toggle widget. its simple, clean and dont make any problems. you have small hands, then you propably will like it :silly:

as you can see, the close handle drag zone is a bit too high (i try to find a solution, if anyone has an idea, message me. if i cannot fix, then this will be the endresult :fingers-crossed:)
