I don't know what combination of factors other people have, but it's been working flawlessly for me. No lag, great performance.

Went to *#*#4636#*#* and this is what it tells me:

Time since last reboot (this is actually from booting into 4.1 for the first time)

Don't know if this is indicative of signal drops, but it says 0, I also haven't noticed any that would need an airplane mode toggle or a reboot like before.

And these 2 things I've found that haven't been switched from resizing yet. Hardware information still thinks the screen is a 4.7" 720p one.

And the world clock globe isn't centered, as if the canvas for the app stretched beyond the actual screen.

And oh yeah, in Snapchat, switching to front facing cam just shows a squashed still frame from the rear facing cam.

Other than that, perfect. I don't see a reason to switch back. It even has better battery performance than the rooted stock rom I was on before. Discharging delta is much better according to Battery Widget Reborn. Used to be around 10 minutes.

Awesome the two resizing this shouldn't be a big deal, snapshot I'm not sure on I'll look into it and are you s-on or s-off?

flight normal,couldn't flash for 1st time,cos had bootloop,but 2nd with full wipes,it loaded and now as i'm afraid of bootloops when i need to reboot i go recovery>clear cache\dalvik and then boot,everything is ok. today i am leaving it for night to check battery drain

I`m S-On, hboot 2.15 and dirty flashed over 4.0 RC clean flash. It`s been 24h and only had 2 reboots. Battery life seems better than previous release. Bottom line is that we are heading in the right directions.

At first it will be but I'm not going to lower the volume overall (I'm hard of hearing so I like the high volume too) it just going to increase the number of steps it take to go from 0 to full. Like right now at one push up from 0 is too loud the new one will take 5 steps to get that loud but max will stay the same. If that made sense.

Also tried searching for network it says error please insert SIM card
So put venom back on and signal fine confused man

Here we go, first reboot. Happened when unlocking the phone. And it's not booting up... stuck on the htc ONE screen.

Trying hard reset... It did boot up, but when I unlocked it, it rebooted again and is now stuck again... Oh dear...

Hard reset again, left it to boot up completely before touching it, that let me in...

can't really make this RC4.1 work. so sad. anyone can upload the signal fix for RC3? I still have the copy of RC3, and the OG_system thing but I erased the signal fix and I want to get back on it. If it's just RC3, I'm getting signal drops, but with the signal fix, everything is superb. please please! :)

    as of 9/12/2013 I'll be taking over this thread and development from Tr1gg3r84 as he has moved on to the HTC ONE Mini. thanks for all the hard work tr1gg3r.
    Originally started in XL by @ImagioX1 team leader. Now brought to One S by myself and help from members newly based team working on the sense 5 port.
    well this is my first Rom. Hope you enjoy.....

    Directions
    1.Make nandroid of your current rom.
    2 Wipe cache,dalvik cache, system, and factory reset
    3.Flash rom
    4 If your're s-off or on hboot 1.09 then you can reboot to system. If your're not s-off and have hboot 1.14 or greater go to step 5
    5 Reboot to bootloader and select fastboot
    6 Open the rom.zip and copy the boot.img to your fastboot directory.
    7.Plug phone into computer and verify connection
    8 Flash boot.img with this command: fastboot flash boot boot.img
    9 Now you can reboot to system and enjoy the rom

    Ok guys I'm currently testing completely new base wwe so far it seams more stable but I'll run it for a few days and no eta but next build is going to be awesome. MagioRom has got some cool features and mods coming stay tuned.
