Sorry to hear. Try buy the same hdd and replace board of it. It will help if rest of hdd is in good condition. :)

what is so funny
achotjan is back and active on old xperia devices
it is easier to make new rom based on .96 fw than making for old xp devices

Achotjan is one of the best ROM developers i know from time, wen i got Xperia Neo device. He did a great contribution.
If he got back to work, many of us would be very grateful to him.

he made a new release for x8 which I am using on my x8 and making a new release for x10 based on 4.1.2

But then i read his todays post on x10 thread he is stopping development

Dude I know that but if you want him to develop something for nozomi then pm him coz I don't think he saw your post
Wouldn't I be happy if another developer cameback ? :)

    I see that ther are somme rumors that i have a xperia S from DoomLord and i am not doing anithink,
    i want to informe you all that i havent a xperia S nick has the S and had the xperia play...
    why ? : cause DooMlord has sended both devices to nick and then nick shuld send me xperia S
    however thinks changed and i will receive the xperia Play, but still havent it yet,

    so i agree with the fact that nick has the device and not working on it that include xperia S but also xperia play wich he sended me yesterday by post

    about Xperia Overlay 4.4.2 firmware for xperia S :

    i will build for xperia S and release however i cant tray it and will not know if it even boot or not, i will need your reports, logs to make it working but it will not be fully stable and will not be optimised for that device, but i will tray
    the developement progress is mostly depending on you xperia S and 2012 line xperia users, with your support we can make it....

    i dont need base as i am not theming aa rom and building from source

    and if i have a device in hand i can make latest android version for that device without any problem just need somme time

    don't know where this is coming from, i was developing for the play and couldn't for the s because i ordered a battery by dx.com which takes some time to arrive.
    it's a bit sad that it has to go trough this way, but yeah...
    But if you want i can continue on this and/or help
