I've had gapps force close couple of times now. Anyone else had this? I did clean install of v10
I got this problem but after I flashed the gapps zip. Problem solved

Great rom. No lags and fc. Battery life is great. Just 5% lost overnight
Came from v9.1 with no full wipe.

I'm testing it too, but i'm one of the guys that can use only EFS V1, i don't know how but with LiteGX v3.2.0 kernel i can use old modems lol.
i wanted to test Sam 4.3 but with the problem of EFS i coldn't, but now with LiteGX v3.2.0 kernel i'm enjoing this great RagzDog ROM well done.
I downloaded gapps pack (4.3-20131102) provided by PA team earlier.

Yeah. It is amazing ROM. No lags, no FC, awesome battery life, smart stay, smart pause, smart scroll...but but GENIUS @RagzDog:victory:

It means you flashed a new modem over the MG4 one. It's not a bug, that's because Samsung has changed the format of the EFS partition with the MG4 baseband and now the older modems (MC2, etc) can't read the IMEI from the EFS, hence the failure to register your phone in your carrier's network.
To fix this issue you need only to install MG4 modem from aroma installer
