If rom is less than 480mb yes. Preload is also used for dualboting with @dorimanx 's kernel
If you're going to flash stock you need to repartition with the original pit, so I guess preload partition will be adjusted too. Thanks for explanations. I guess there is no way to reclaim PRELOAD space, but it's better to keep it as it is if, for some reason, you'd need to reflash the full stock.
do you understand how your phone works?
i guess not. so here is the info for all that share your lack of knowledge.
i9100 has 16gb internal sdcard fused to bord.
now its splitted in too parts:
8mb kernel
8mb recovery
15mb elf
95mb cache
500mb system
500mb preloaded
2gb data
5mb boot logo
all the rest is internal sdcard fat32 storage
about 12.5gb
Now what you can do using the pit of your needs is to alter the sdcard splits.
so using 6gb data you loose 4gb from sdcard.
its simple math.
people here ask, why my sdcard is smaller now??
are you serios? there is no magic, you get more data room, you loose sdcard room.
i hope this info clear the darkness now.
i guess that info must be added to OP.

The external sd is the microsd that you can remove physically. The other sd is the internal, and is a subspace in the 16GB whole that has the S2.hi,i understand this,,i have believed sd card was same as external sd card,,that got me confused, but now i know it isnt,,,br

Done! Cheers as always sircan you please correct the elf 15mb
i have typed wrong in post.
correct to efs
and about the recovery format to sd.
only my recovery auto dual mount the sdcard on boot.
so user that have my kernel need to wait 15sec then format if promted by windows.
users of other kernel, must mount usb storage via recovery, to be prompted to format sdcard by windows.
thanks

I want to try this out on a Gt-I9100.
Now the problem is, that the phone isn't rooted yet. I don't want to root the phone because it isn't mine.
Can I flash and use the PIT files without root?

Just make me wonder why seperate the phone and usb storage if they are actually big pool. I can see latest phone like note 3 and nexus 5 just has big 16/32 G storage and no silly parition. Can we do that or not supported in 4.1.2?
I can not get a kernel on it now, screwed the phone. Flashed it with a kernal with odin using Kernal_Siyah-s2-v6.0b5 put that on the PDA and it wont boot in to it. Just see the Siyah logo and thats it.
Help please.
*EDIT*
Followed guide and flashed. Everything went awesome! i flashed 16GB_6GB
Thank you very much.
But when i look in task manager, the app storage sure is 6GB(5.9GB) but my internal storage decreased to 8GB(7.91GB)
IS it possible to have 6GB for apps and still have the 16GB (11.5GB) internal?
Subscribed.but i am still afraid to do it.may be i will loose my phone.loool
