New OTA wed 1/15

I'm uploading the decrypted RUU.

I just flashed the radio....looks like it's the same as the Dec OTA that was pulled, 1.00.20.1108, here it is...

I was about to upload the modified firmware but it's a little different using a RUU, there is usually images that write to /data, I'm not sure which ones they are.

If anyone has the OTA file, please upload...

Just flash the modified firmware without hboot, boot, etc in Fastboot oem RUU and flash the radio in twrp and you should be good

OMJ, first thanks for this and having it up so quick.

FYI, the modified firmware zip doesn't work out of the box. The zip has a folder inside of it then the firmware files met failed to install in fastboot until I recreated the zip without the folder inside. I don't have a host to upload the fixed zip on otherwise I'd share.

I tried flashing the modified firmware, and noticed that it kept failing. I looked at the zip file and noticed that all the files are not in the root of the zip file. Once I moved it out of the 3.05... folder everything was OK.

In case anyone forgot (like me):

-rename firmware to firmware.zip
-copy firmware.zip to your sdk folder
-boot into bootloader
-plug in usb
-select fastboot option (screen should say fastboot usb)
-type Fastboot oem rebootRUU
-when u see the black screen w/ HTC, type Fastboot flash zip firmware.zip
-when it's done, type Fastboot reboot

Hmmm, I flashed that update I thought. Should I find that update zip, flash it and then reflash this?

The software version shown depends on the rom you have installed not the firmware. Flashing the firmware won't change your software version.
