@JovieBrett cool.I'm not sure about the first part of text fading into the background. Or is it meant to be animated?
It is simple and clean though - like it.

If Mike will allow us to animate it, that would be cool but since we're running out of space on the boot.img, we'll just use a static image so yeah I'll remove that fading black haha :)

EDIT
Fourth attempt:
*Fading black on the left side of the text removed.
*Included the current logo.

@JovieBrett awesome, I like it.

As for the ION / rom feedback, built on 16.4.2014:
- power management is great, battery drain is normal
- calls, sms, wifi works
- on every boot a message is displayed that sim card was just inserted and is prompting me to restart the device (you can click anywhere to cancel that)

Anyone who wants a TEST drive for haida (Neo V), can grab my build here: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/58460666/cm-11-20140416-UNOFFICIAL-LegacyXperia-haida.zip (use mikes guide for installing - it's the same)
I don't have time to test everything now, it works well for my usage pattern.

Anyone knows where the boot logo is located in source tree?

Has anyone been able to install xposed framework on latest cm11 and ion build? After every reboot, gravitybox says xposed isn't installed even though it is..

Are you using mounts2sd?
I also experienced the same thing using Xposed + mounts2sd

I am using mounts2sd but i was also using it on Carbon rom and gravitybox was working fine...perhaps its the new ion kernel? anyway, is there any other way i could enable navigation bar?

You have to be on Dalvik EXecutable for Xposed to work. Xposed does not work if you're on Android RunTime.

Thanks for the feedback but im not on art. I'm definitley on dalvik run time. So maybe it is the new ion kernel..I just need a way to enable navigation bar that's all...

qemu.hw.mainkeys=0

add this line to your build.prop and reboot... and don't forget to check the permissions of build.prop after editing..or else your device won't boot
(you can use root explorer for example or even the CM file manager will do...and permissions should b rw-r-r)

    Here's a status update:

    - Rebased & cleaned up the new audio HAL
    - Some fixes ported from msm8660 audio HAL
    - Fix in audio HAL for VOIP apps like Skype and Line
    - Fixed coconut stereo speakers
    - Testing some changes from CAF jb_2.5.3 branch in frameworks/av related to LPA audio issues
    - Testing some camera changes again, should be the most stable we can have at the moment
    - Disabled 720p again. It's unstable and needs more testing. Will work on it again after the first ION build release
    - Testing change to fix "bootlogo appearing while in android" bug
    - Tested FM and made some additional changes but still don't get audio. Will work on it again after the first ION build release
    - Kernel: some interactive governor updates
    - Kernel: increase ION_MM size. Should fix out-of-memory issues with some apps like netflix

    As usual, I push all my changes on github so you can test building.
    I would appreciate if you don't share any more home builds here, I will release some builds myself when some more bugs are ironed out.
