[HELP][SystemUI.apk MISSING]

How would you know that it's missing, without SystemUI, I doubt the operating system would even run.
Try factory resetting from recovery mode.
Yup.. That's the point... My OS is just fine..No problems!
I just went to check it out in the system\app folder where it should be...but it wasn't there..
