I have a qustion about bug reports.
I've posted two here (I think?) with absolutely no response.
I'll make a ticket next time, but should I only post one at a time?
Mostly, I don't know what they are for, only occasionally since they are set to take on auto.
Also, I set to auto thinking it would be good for the devs here, but probably not if I don't know why or when they were taken. It mostly happens while my baby is in my pocket.
I CAN submit those as well, but is it helpful if there is no history to go with it?
I've got a few on my SD. I'll submit them if you want (some are system processes), but I'm not positive they will be beneficial without a scenario to go with them.
I won't bother tagging you all.
Just want an answer from the devs.
It doesn't matter to me either way.
Also, I don't remember where I set auto buggies.
I'd like to turn them off if someone can tell me how I turned them on in the first place.
I might smoke too much weed, but that's me. In my bio.

Seriously, I used the ticket system once, and someone responded in less than 5 minutes. It was spectacular.

Sent from my AT&T HTC One M8

Yeah no those auto reports get triggered by a button combination which gets pressed often when it's in your pocket. Those reports make close to no sense at all. Delete them.

Unfortunately I forgot how to deactivate that (native Android) feature. Google it.

[EDIT]
It's Power+VolUp+VolDown on some devices and I remember I had that happen for a while with some case that kept pressing those buttons all together.

Check or change your case and disable developer options if those reports annoy you too much.

I couldn't reproduce it on my phone anymore. Bit weird. Maybe you do smoke too much.

OK, any idea how would one troubleshoot this issue?
So how would I find out what app/service is keeping my device awake?
I have BBS and WLD installed but I only see GP services high usage...

What exactly is your issue? You battery life seams perfectly normal, lost 11% and have over half hour screen on, that's pretty much normal.

Well my issue is that phone is awake for quite some time even with screen off.
See attached image.

I think that I have (my personal opinion) awake time higher than it should be.

Hi I have venom 3.1.0 on my htc m8
I have tried to install the full screen caller from the venom hub and rebooted the phone as asked but it doesn't seem to be working I don't have a venom light theme installed I didn't think I had to have one im sure it supposed to work on the stock 3.1.0 rom
im not s-off does this make a difference
thanks for any help or advice

Can confirm the problem. The picture is stock size on the lock screen.
It's working right for me. Have you downloaded and installed again? I could be wrong but I thought there was an update to it. Plus I always install it after my theme or other hub mods because some of theme contain a phone apk and the full screen version needs to override that.

Define "quite some time" ?
Mine used to be twice as much awake as screen on on Android 443 and is now like two thirds screen on plus another third awake

OK for example, My battery lasted for 2 days.
I had 2 hours of screen on time and 5 hours of awake time.
I`ve read somewhere here on XDA that awake time should be approx. same as screen on time. I`m no expert that`s why I ask here :)

Look at attached picture, screen on is like 1 minute while awake is 6 minutes :)
@ivicask:
screen off
mail - 31%
cloudprint - 23% (wtf I turned it off?)
htc service pack - 2%

    Installation.png

    1. Download the latest rom from our venomroms download page
    2. If you got an external sdcard place the downloaded zip there. In case you haven't, wait for step 6 to copy it to your internal sdcard.
    3. Backup your internal sdcard if you got important content on it. Unlocking bootloader will wipe all your data, including your internal sdcard. Your external sdcard will stay untouched.
    4. Register at HTCdev if you dont have an account yet and follow the instructions there to unlock your bootloader
    5. Boot up your phone and copy the rom to your internal sdcard in case you didn't in step one to your external.
    6. Download the lastest TWRP Recovery version on the TWRP Download Page
    7. Flash it with fastboot with following command: fastboot flash recovery recovery.img (replace recovery.img with the actual filename it got downloaded with)
    8. To boot into recovery use 'adb reboot recovery' or press and hold power + volume down and wait till it booted to the bootloader. From there you can navigate with the volume buttons and confirm with the power button to boot to the recovery
    9. If you are coming from stock: Make a backup of your stock rom in TWRP recovery. Include System Image and Boot. Now you have a full stock backup, except recovery, in case you want to return back to stock one day.
    10. Ensure you allow system modifications in TWRP when asked.
    11. In TWRP click Install and pick the rom either from internal or external sdcard to install it.
    12. The installer will start and will guide you through the installation
