[STOCK ROM][5.0] NKD Android L Odexed/Deodexed

Good for you. I haven't had much success trying to get sql edits to stick and I'm using the SQLite editor as well. Which field did you edit? I see the notification_panel_active_app_list_for_reset entries that were added by Galaxy Tools when I used it to add the toggles but the other two are still default. I've tried flashing to the sql database with a shell script but the phone just bootloops afterwards. I keep getting sidetracked so I'll have to look at that again.
On another note, I went through SecSettings.apk and converted all 1,999 QMG and WEBP images to .png's. Now I see why they went with the new file format. It increased the size of SecSettings.apk from about 27mb to 75mb.
I'm running some .png batch compression utilities through the folders now to see how much I can trim that down...

Here is something intriguing to me... Available space: Internally/External
I notice this morning when plugging my phone to my PC, that the Internal memory showed 4.2gb used as opposed to 3.97gb when not connected to PC
Same goes for External as it shows 14.7gb used, and 13.7gb when not connected.
Is this normal or something wrong when phone is connected?
I recall someone in here wanting an easier way to do screenshots.... well here is something awesome I found within the new "Toolbox" in Sammy's Android Lollipop... Video here.

Were the capacity differences you noticed shown from an app on the phone, like Root Explorer or in settings -> storage, or by a utility from the PC-side OS, like "df" or Windows Explorer? My hunch, very likely wrong, is that the differences displayed could simply be that the different OS-- Android vs Windows, for example-- display capacity differently in either gigabytes (base 2) vs gibibytes (base 10).

i flash the rom and the debloat tool and eithere way i get stuck at the boot screen. Any ideas anyone
Priority interruptions uses that symbol. Turn priority interruptions on in settings, sounds & notifications, interruptions, priority interruptions.
I have on receiving calls and notifications = set up to Only allow priority interruptions, but just change it to: always interrupt and symbol went away :good:
Already did, nothing about why facebook is not working. Although, someone was nice enough to PM me and tell me to "Unsubscribe from beta and then delete the app and re download it."
How do I unsubscribe from beta?

Odin Full 5.0 bootloader and boots up?
This wont run unless you're on that bootloader.
If full bootloader rom runs but this one still wont flash, check your download of this or maybe try different recovery.

Important Note:
You have to flash the full NKD tar in odin before using this rom.
This won't run on the 4.4.4 bootloader, I've tried.
This stock rom is based on the TEST NKD leaked build.

Important Note:
Initial boot takes a solid 10 minutes or more.
Flashing anything that requires optimizing apps (refreshing cache/dalvik cache) ups the (re)boot time to around 20 minutes.

Instructions to Install full Tar File
You MUST be on the 5.0 bootloader to run this rom.

• BACKUP INTERNAL SD before flashing the tar.
• The full tar wipes Data and internal SD.
• Extract (unzip) the firmware file:
• Download Odin v3.09 Recoveries & ODIN
• Extract Odin zip-file
• Power down the phone (or pull the battery, it is important to flash the OTA from a powered off state)
• Open Odin v3.09
• Reboot phone in Download Mode (press and hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons)
• Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
• Add the firmware file to AP / PDA
• Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
• Click the start button, sit back and wait a few minutes
Rom Installation:
- Install custom recovery with Odin. Recoveries & ODIN
The instructions for Odin above also apply to flashing a custom recovery.
- Reboot into recovery with Pwr/Home/Volume Up
- Full wipe
- Install rom with custom recovery
- OPTIONAL: Before rebooting, also flash the Android L Debloat tool located at the bottom of this post.
