After some reading up across XDA about partitions, the existing modem zip's we have available (with 2 partition files "NON-HLOS.bin" and "static_nvbk.bin") are incomplete in a way since people who actually flashed a full nightly CM-12 in the past days before flashing this rom seem to have more success/less issues with either Wifi and/or sensors.
The "aboot", "rpm", "sbl1" (Qualcom Secondary Bootloader 1) and "tz" (Qualcom Trusted Zone) partition files should be flashed as well, imho.
As general reference (for other devices, but relevant info): thread 1, thread 2, thread 3
From the info at hand suggestions are to either continue to go with a flashing of CM-12 nightly, then clean flashing this (or any other current LP) rom over it.
Otherwise I'd be happy to create an extended flashable zip with the extra files and make it available.

I mean, it can't hurt, right?
You'd need to flash CM11S again, I think.I'm sure I'll get flamed for asking a modern related question, but I have read and searched and either I'm thick or the info isn't there. I have flashed both the cm12 modern and the alpha modem. Both have them have completely dropped my signal. It was working ( but dropped out occasionally) prior to flashing these. Is there a way I can revert back or some kind of fix?
with wugfresh tool you can flash the three partitionI'll run some tests here and get back to you later (off for lunchtime )

Hello everyone,
I have updated post 2 with the most common questions, and added the whole modem fix . Please do not worry about me not compiling temasek rom, I was just disheartened over the same repetitive questions about modem coming up. I ask my users to please be friendly in replies, ignore questions with solution already in post 2, or simply direct them to read post 2.
I started to compile v4.9 in the afternoon but when I got home the builds were done but they where bad builds both ended in bootloop. So I started over and the builds still have about an hour to go but I have to get up early in the morning, so I will release in the morning about 5-6 hours from this post time.
Good Night

Yes, but I'm not sure if it is safe to do so in which combination, so that's why I'd rather go with full CM-12 flash for now.
Please think before posting. Evidently they are the same. Flash whatever you want. And as those questions are not specific to this Rom you should read general cm12 threads.you flash the newest nighlty or the 06012015? but in the today nightly is the same radio/modem....
I've been experiencing slight modem issues. It's not something big like a complete drop of reception, but whenever I'm on Wi-Fi and I wanna switch over to mobile data, it doesnt work. I have to reboot (I use the soft reboot) and then the data works.
Also, am I just blind, or have I missed something, but i dont see any new builds on the website, last one is from 08.01.. Have there not been any new ones ?
This issue you are describing about the transition between wi-fi and mobile data not always going so well have been there on any Lollipop build I've tried since forever.
I always thought it(s because of Lollipop, and it got a little better lately, so I just gave up trying to get it

Oh, so it is more or less the same for everyone? good to know. I mean, its not that big of a problem, I'm mostly on Wi-Fi, and the soft reboot only takes about 10 seconds, so its fine
