viber crashes since the last update, youtube app too. its not our phones fault, but my cameras problem is serious i have it on every rom i install and i can fix it. and im sure its a software problem and not hardware.

I think that's hardware problem. Try reinstall software with OTU, and if isn't working thats hardware problem. I installed old Viber version, much people have problems with camera because of Viber.

i took the battery out for a few minutes and now my camera works. i also took my phone apart and changed my speaker with one from nokia x2 my phone is now much louder \m/

It's a shame that scroll problem cannot be fixed. Kitkat on this phone works smoother then on Huawei Y300 (i own that phone too) and that phone will soon get CM12. But i guess that is because this phone is little bit older and all devolepers have new phones after 2 years their contract has expired.

We dont ve 3.4.x ion kernel so kitkat roms or others slow and thats true We dnt ve any developer i really hate scrolling issue and dnt know how to kill it :mad: if i got vps i made updated cm11

Yup. This phone is dead, we don't have developers, and i getting new LG G2 soon. But ok, this is 3 years old phone and he is from Alcatel so, we must be happy for that we have Kit Kat.

so someone said to me that mokee 4.3 is good and without lags but like i flashed rom and i use only facebook,viber,messanger apps it takes like 15 sec or more to open one app,is there any better rom? i like need phone,sms,facebook and viber apps only

    So, here you go, an ICS backup flashable using CWM - works on any bootloader version.

    1. Flash or boot CWM
    2. Backup your existing firmware (important)
    3. Download: CWM-flashable ICS FR
    4. Store the alcatel_ics_fr directory on SD as /clockworkmod/backup/alcatel_ics_fr/
    5. Use CWM's backup and restore -> restore -> alcatel_ics_fr to restore the image
    6. Choose data/factory reset to clear your data partition

    Edit: the old warning about WiFi nvram is not an issue.

    Rooting hint: the zip also contains boot_root.img, boot it using fastboot (fastboot boot boot_root.img) to get an easy adb root shell.

    After some silence, I'm here to give you something, guys. Jinxxed did it, again. A brand new build of CM-11.0, fresh from the oven, with his own kernel (version was stuck at 3.0.101 for some reason, but it is actually 3.5, contains updated drivers, no more outdated legacy stuff), reworked most of the stuff, etc.

    Pretty good scores on Antutu (6321 on first try).

    3.b, If you dont like push buttons, type to command prompt, simply download this package, extract it then connect USB cable to phone and run recovery.bat
    4., MAKE BACKUP if needed.
    5., run Wipe data/factory reset
    6., under advanced run Wipe dalvik-cache
    7., Install zip from sd card menu then select H1N1_reloaded_aroma.zip and follow instructions
